4. Company Errors

   • If you received an incorrect item or the wrong order due to an error on the part of BORN PATRIOT, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please provide proof of purchase and the shipping address for verification.

   • Once the item is returned and verified, a full refund will be issued, including the cost of return shipping.

5. Post-Shipment Liability

   • BORN PATRIOT is not liable for any damage, theft, loss, water damage, heat damage, or any other form of damage that occurs to the product after it has been successfully delivered to the agreed shipping address.

6. Dispute Resolution

   • In the event of a dispute regarding a return, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting customer service. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties may proceed to legally binding arbitration, governed by the laws of the state in which BORN PATRIOT operates.​
